Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia is the gold standard for effective sleep management. It will help you reprogram inaccurate or negative thoughts, beliefs and habits about sleep and overcome your insomnia so you can finally get that good night's sleep you dream of.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Insomnia is an excellent addition in cases where CBT-I alone is insufficient, especially if there is high anxiety around sleep.
This short-term therapy highlights the way your thoughts, mental and physical feelings and behavior are interlinked. Replacing irrational or negative stressful thoughts with more positive, less stressful ones helps to improve behaviors and feelings.
